Nettle quiche, steamed hop shoots and foraged salad - yum!

How's this for a delicious looking homegrown and foraged meal? It's nettle quiche, steamed hop shoots and a lettuce, lime, hawthorn and mint salad! Thanks to Mark Stonebanks for sending that in. Mark's a member of the Transition Belsize foraging group who are learning to becoming expert foragers.
